    We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will provide support to our office staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Job Responsibility

    - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

    - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

    - Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems.

    - Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

    - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

    - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

  • Educational Requirement

    - Minimum SSC / HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience Requirement

    - Must have experience in making tea and coffee, including lunch for employees.
    - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
